The Benefice of Barlings, Diocese of Lincoln : Parishes of Sudbrooke, Stainton by Langworth, and Barlings with Langworth

The Benefice of Barlings was formed when the Parishes of Barlings and Stainton by Langworth were joined under one incumbent in 1918.   The Church of St. Hugh Langworth (formerly the Chapel of Walmsgate House near Louth) was dedicated on 8th September 1962.    In 1978 the Parish of Sudbrooke was detached from the Parish of Scothern and added to the Benefice.
